How we handle your data.

Who is responsible?

Rinda Venture Studio AB, reg. no. 559596-8800, is the data controller for the data you submit via wali.se. If you have questions about how we handle it, email hi@wali.se, or call us on +46 10 880 02 61.

What data do we collect?

• What you write in our forms: name, company, email address, phone number, your website address, town, industry and message.
• Which page the form was sent from and, if you came via an ad, the ad’s campaign details (for example, UTM parameters in the URL).

We don’t collect anything else about you. The website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or marketing tools.

Why, and on what legal basis?

We use the data to reply to your enquiry, carry out the review or test you requested and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us and, when you request a service, taking the steps needed to prepare a quote or carry out a contract.

Who can see the data?

The data is emailed to our inbox at our email provider and processed through Google Firebase, which runs the website and the form. We do not sell the data or pass it on to others for marketing.

How long do we keep it?

We keep the data for as long as we’re in contact or working together, and delete enquiries that don’t lead to any work once they’re no longer needed. If you want us to delete it sooner, just let us know.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to the processing and to request that it be restricted. Contact us and we’ll help. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Changes to this policy

If we ever start using analytics or marketing tools, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent before anything like that is loaded.
